Lyrics in pop music are just as important as the melody.Sometimes, the songwriter’s intentions and emotions are conveyed more directly through the lyrics than through the melody itself. A single line can complete the atmosphere of a song, transforming music from mere sound into a story.
However, when listening to music, it can often be difficult to fully understand the meaning of the lyrics by ear alone. This is especially true when the pronunciation is fast, the vocals are buried in the mix, or the song is in a foreign language. In such situations, having the lyrics displayed on screen is extremely helpful. In particular, synchronized lyrics that appear in time with the music greatly enhance immersion in the song.
Lyrics Sync Feature in Pine Player Pro
Pine Player Pro addresses this need by supporting synchronized lyrics in the Album Art window.
It automatically searches for lyrics online and displays them on screen. If an LRC file with timing information is available, the lyrics smoothly follow the music playback in sync. This allows you to listen to the music while reading along, creating an experience similar to watching subtitles during a live performance.

When Synchronized Lyrics Are Not Available
Not all songs have synchronized lyric files available. In particular, less well-known tracks or older recordings may only provide plain text lyrics without timing information—or in some cases, no lyrics at all.
If you’ve ever felt disappointed in these situations, Pine Player Pro offers a solution.
Create Your Own Synchronized Lyrics – LRC Editor
Pine Player Pro provides a powerful LRC Editor that allows users to create and edit synchronized lyrics themselves.
With the LRC Editor, you can:
Manually assign timing in sync with music playback
Fine-tune synchronization line by line
Edit and rearrange existing lyrics
Save and reuse completed LRC files
This feature transforms you from a simple listener into a creator of perfectly synchronized lyrics. You can express the emotions of your favorite songs more precisely and enjoy your music on a deeper level.
How to Use the LRC Editor
Preparing the Lyrics
First, search for the lyrics of your desired song online.
You can:
Use Google Search, or
Visit dedicated lyric websites such as lrclib.net
Once you find the lyrics, copy the text to your clipboard.
If you cannot find the lyrics online, you can manually type them using a text editor (such as Notepad).
Plain text is sufficient—afterward, you can proceed with synchronization inside the LRC Editor.

Open the LRC Lyric Sync Editor and paste the lyrics from your clipboard.
The lyrics will be copied into the editor as shown in the image.

Now, start playing the music in Pine Player Pro.
Once playback begins, the LRC Editor will display:
The name of the currently playing music file
The real-time playback position
Next Steps
Click the title bar of the Editor window to activate focus.
While listening to the music, click each lyric line in sync with the correct playback timing.
The playback time at the exact moment you click the lyric line will be automatically saved.
By repeating this process, accurate timing information is recorded for each line, completing the synchronization.
Since you only need to click naturally along with the flow of the music, the sync process is intuitive and fast.

While entering timing, there may be instrumental sections—such as an interlude or the ending of the song—where no lyrics are present.
In these cases, simply press the Spacebar.A blank line will be inserted on the next line with the corresponding timestamp, allowing you to represent the instrumental section without lyrics.
This makes it easy to maintain accurate timing throughout the entire song, even during parts with no vocal lines.

How to Modify and Edit Sync Timing
When working on synchronization, you may sometimes click too early or miss the correct timing. There’s no need to worry—Pine Player Pro makes it easy to fix mistakes.
If You Entered the Wrong Time
If you clicked too early, don’t panic.Simply click the same lyric line again at the correct timing.
The newly clicked time will automatically overwrite the previous timestamp.
If You Missed the Timing
If you missed the correct moment, press the Forward (+10 seconds) button to move 10 seconds ahead.
Then click the lyric line again at the correct timing.
Editing Lyrics and Time Information
Press the Pause button to stop music playback.
You can delete unnecessary lyric lines.
You can also modify timestamp information or edit the lyric text itself.
To edit the lyric text directly:
Select the desired line.
Click the text you want to modify.
After a brief moment, the line will switch to an editable text field.
Make your changes and confirm to apply them.
The LRC Editor in Pine Player Pro is designed to make corrections easy, even if mistakes occur during synchronization.
With calm and repeated adjustments, anyone can create perfectly synchronized lyrics.

Saving and Using LRC Files
Once you have completed all input, click the “Save as LRC Format” button to save your work as an LRC file.
Recommended Save Location and File Name
The most recommended method is:
Save the file in the same folder as the music file,
Using the exact same filename as the music file.
For example:
MySong.flac
MySong.lrcWhen saved this way, Pine Player Pro will automatically detect and load the LRC file in the Album Art Window during playback, displaying the lyrics in sync with the music.
No additional configuration is required—everything works automatically.
Using Clipboard Copy
You can also copy the LRC data to the clipboard.
This allows you to:
Further edit the content in a text editor
Use it in other applications
Upload it to websites (such as lyric-sharing platforms)
The LRC Editor in Pine Player Pro goes beyond simple lyric display—it is a powerful tool that allows users to create and manage their own synchronized lyrics.
